The chaos on the streets of Cairo has worsened since last year's revolution that toppled president Hosni Mubarak. Drivers casually disrespect the discredited police force, which is rarely anywhere to be seen in the first place. Newly elected president Mohammed Morsi has listed traffic second to security, among the top five priorities for his first 100 days in office. Earlier this year, the World Bank agreed to loan Egypt 250 million US dollars to improve public transport and traffic in the capital. It'll also help in forming a new transport authority. Al Jazeera's Rawya Rageh reports from Cairo.
