Amlak Plans EGP 800 Mln Mortgage Investments In Egypt Over 5 Years

Amlak Finance & Real Estate Investment is planning to undertake new mortgage investments in the Egyptian market at a total value of EGP 800 million, over the coming five years. The step came after settling the dispute with Egypt’s Real Estate Publicity Department that lasted two years.

In an interview with Al Borsa newspaper, CEO Hatem Amer, stated that the developer is planning to launch some new real estate products and payment packages, in line with the requirements of the Egyptian people categories.
